Full Time Programmes

1. All applicants must complete an Application Form. The Application Form can be obtained from the Education Counsellors at the College, by request via email at info@equator-academy.com, or downloaded from the website.
2. Prepare the following documents:

   Certified True Copy of Actual/ Forecast/ Trial Examination Photostat copy of School Leaving Certificate Photostat copy of IC (both side) 5 copies of recent passport size colour photograph RM200 - Application Fee (non refundable) and Registration Fee (refundable)

3. Submit the Application Form and all relevant documents to:
