SKM/ JPK
JPK (formally known as MLVK) was established under the Ministry of Human Resources on 2nd May 1989, for the purpose of promoting and coordinating skills training strategy and programmes in keeping with Malaysia's technological and economic development needs. JPK's main objectives are:
- to establish a coordinated skills training system attuned to Malaysia's development goals and needs
- to promote the development of skills training
- to certify skills competence
Keeping that in mind, EAA has customised JPK programmes to train individuals. The JPK programmes that EAA offers are suitable for employees, skilled workers, or individual school leavers, they are:
- Multimedia Artist - Visual
- Multimedia Design - Animation and Visual
- Dressmaking (Women)
- Dressmaking (Men)
The programmes are beneficial to individual school leavers, employees and workers because you can complete within a 2-year period, it's affordable and the time table of lessons are flexible. The Malaysian Skill Certificate will be awarded once the programmes are completed. The benefits of having a Malaysian Skills Certificate from Equator Academy of Art are:
